About

I started my own journey to health and wellness through fitness in 2015. After having my second child, I thought my body was destroyed. I was overweight, out of shape, and fed up with feeling lousy most of the time. I knew something had to change.

At that time I began to deeply study health & wellness, and gathered as much information as possible regarding nutrition, fitness application, and human performance. In my studies, I discovered that these concepts are quite simple, yet often overcomplicated. Basically: we need to move more, vary our training daily, and pair it with proper nutrition to achieve the results we are looking for.

I designed these fitness guides based on my own hands-on-experience with fitness and exercise application, combined with my educational background in sport & health sciences, kinesiology, nutrition and coaching. Over the course of two years, I was able to lose more than 50 pounds and dramatically improved my overall health. While it is a constant work in progress, my goal is to spread the joy of fitness with you and to teach you the best-practice methods regarding exercise prescription.

Thank you,
